Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when a VedicShala purchase is refundable.
All sales final on completed, delivered purchases
Once a course or report has been successfully paid for and delivered to your account, that purchase is final and non-refundable. Because our courses and reports are digital content you gain immediate, permanent access to, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once delivery is complete.
Failed, duplicate, or undelivered transactions
This "all sales final" policy applies only to successfully completed and delivered purchases. If a payment is debited from your account but the corresponding course or report is not delivered, or if you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, that amount is refunded automatically to your original payment method per our payment gateway's standard processing timelines. This is separate from, and not limited by, the all-sales-final policy above.
How to report a payment issue
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a purchase failed to deliver, email support@vedicshala.com with your order details and we will investigate promptly.
Cancellation before purchase
You can cancel a purchase at any point before completing checkout at no cost. Cancellation only applies before payment is completed.
