These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VedicShala, a web-based platform that teaches Vedic astrology as a self-learning skill through interactive courses, free calculators, Panchang, and horoscopes. By using VedicShala, you agree to these Terms.
What VedicShala is
VedicShala is a skill-teaching e-learning platform. We publish courses, free calculators, Panchang, and horoscope tools so that you can learn to read your own birth chart. We do not offer astrology consultations, readings, or predictions performed by a person on your behalf. Every course teaches you a method you practise yourself, live, against our own calculators.
Accounts and course access
Some free tools require no account. Purchased courses and saved charts require a free VedicShala account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Purchases
Courses and reports are one-time digital purchases. Pricing is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how purchases are handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no scraping our calculators or content at scale, no reselling or redistributing course materials, no attempting to circumvent access controls, and no using VedicShala to harass or defraud others.
Intellectual property
Course content, calculator implementations, copy, and the VedicShala brand (including the mascot Acharya Jyotirdev) are owned by VedicShala and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
No professional advice
VedicShala teaches calculation methods and how to interpret them. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and nothing here should be treated as a guaranteed prediction of future events.
Limitation of liability
VedicShala is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or decisions made based on chart interpretations you learn here.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These Terms are entered into between you and INFYNOX TRENDS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, and are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where INFYNOX TRENDS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED's registered office is located.
